Hello and wonderful to virtually meet you! I am so glad you are here and I want you to know that you are making the right choice by letting us take care of your health needs!

From a young age, I always knew I wanted to be in the healthcare field. When I was age 12, I encountered a whiplash injury to my neck from a go-kart accident that resulted in numerous, debilitating migraines. Chiropractic care was the only thing I experienced relief from and from then forward, I knew that was what I wanted to specialize in. I have delivered countless adjustments to date all without incident!

I was born and raised in Jackson, TN, and have been practicing Chiropractic since 2013. I am married to the wonderful Todd Bowers as of 2018. (FYI: If you see the name “McMillen”, that is my maiden name! 😀 )

Initially starting my Chiropractic education in St. Louis, MO, at Logan College of Chiropractic, I attended there for about 3 years until transferring to Life College of Chiropractic in Atlanta, GA, where I finished my degree. I graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Life College in 2013.

After practicing a short while in Marietta, GA, Todd and I moved to Nashville, TN, where I joined All About Health in July of 2015 until August of 2019. It was there that I was introduced to NAET and though skeptical at first, I fell in love with the amazing healing power it offers in conjunction with Chiropractic. I soon learned that it simply “fixes” all sorts of issues suffering and frustrated individuals deal with.

The major issue I dealt with was chronic sinus infections. Like clockwork, I would suffer from at least two to three major sinus infections per year around the time of Thanksgiving to Spring. Nothing would even come close to helping my symptoms except two shots (ouch!) and a series of prescription strength pharmaceuticals. After being treated with NAET, not only have I not suffered from sinus infections since, but I noticed the hair wad that usually gathered at the drain after washing my hair was no longer there and my bathroom habits significantly improved! Exercise was much more enjoyable as well without all the prior inflammation!

I have been exposed to Acupuncture since my early educational career, watching and following doctors throughout, then completing my Acupuncture training and certification in 2017 through The International Academy of Medical Acupuncture in Phoenix, AZ, accredited through New York Chiropractic College. I find that Acupuncture is a necessity in natural healthcare and a wonderful asset to my patients on their road to recovery and staying well.

Todd and I established Red Owl Industries, LLC in 2018 and opened up The Allergy & Spine Center in Hendersonville in September of 2019, where I currently practice and enjoy every single day with patients! ​

I proudly support the Tennessee Chiropractic Association and Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce. I have completed extensive NAET and Acupuncture training, of which I am certified and licensed in both, and utilize both of these therapies in my office daily.

I absolutely love what I do in guiding patients to extraordinary quality of life; changing and saving lives is my mission and I am so lucky and blessed to be able to do so!
